I just wanted to drop you a line thank you for your “Gratitude Cookie Program.” I had a prospect who I was sure was not going to hire me to do work on her home. When I got the call that she'd like to hire us I was shocked. I rushed out and did a new customer meeting with her. We signed all the paperwork and I answered all her questions.
After we had all the formalities out of the way, we started chatting and low and behold she revealed that I got the job because of your cookies!
“I felt so bad eating those cookies...I ate each and every one, but I felt sooooo bad. I just had to call and hire you.”
OK so maybe it's a bit manipulative, but I know she will get top rate service and I'll make a good profit off her job. And all because she Looooooooovvvvvvved those cookies!
